By submitting your video, you confirm that you are the creator and/or have the rights and permissions necessary to share the video, including any music, images, likenesses, names, voices, or other materials included in it.

By submitting, you grant The Bon Scott Estate (Sevdoka Pty Ltd), and its partners, affiliates, licensees, and representatives the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share your submitted video, in whole or in part, in connection with Bon Scott’s 80th Birthday Bash, Bon Scott Official marketing, social media, website content, event materials, promotional campaigns, advertising, and other commercial or non-commercial uses.

You understand that submitting a video does not guarantee that it will be featured. You also understand that you will not receive payment, approval rights, or further notice if your video is selected or used.

By submitting, you release The Bon Scott Estate (Sevdoka Pty Ltd), and its partners from any claims related to the use of your submission as described above.
